We offer an excellent harvest opportunity. We manage several ranches and a couple of them have large bison herds that need to reduce their herds. As part of our contract, we get the opportunity to bring them to our 640 acre place located Northwest of Junction Texas.
We offer these hunts generally in December thru February, Wednesday thru Sundays. It is generally a one day affair.
We harvest our older cows and young 2-3 year old bulls weighing 900-1300 lbs. This will yield approximately 400 lbs of meat ( four 150 quart coolers ).
This hunt is Great for filling the freezer and enjoying a friends and family style hunt.
Additional options $250 for overnight with lodging for up to 3 adults.
Skin, quarter and put in your cooler $250 per bison.
